Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

In reading elsewhere about a v. big casting spoiler, I noticed something. The male Active from the early promos? IIRC, he's the Russian dude who Helo* keeps harassing. (Which is basically like the plot thread from the original pilot script.)

Heh. If he's really an Active, that is all kinds of fucked up. (And for once, in the good way.)

And see, that kind of thing is what I mean when I say that the show *could* be so damn good if it stopped with the icky explotation shit.

*(I don't even watch BSG, but since all y'all refer to FBI!guy as Helo, that's how I think of him.)

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I don't even watch BSG

I know, I know. I missed the BSG revolution when it started, and *now* I don't have cable anyway (though I did when BSG started), so it's all for the best.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I stopped watching BSG a while ago and I don't miss it.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I think i mostly watch BSG out of completism these days.

I still love it.

Dollhouse, on the other hand.. I dunno. Not sure this is going to keep my interest. ETA: Actually, no - it doesn't have my interest yet. I'm just hanging around to see if it gets better because... threadname.
