I fed off a flowerperson, and I spent the next six hours watchin' my hand move.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'll just echo everything Dana said.

Also, does it sound like they're saying Real Shield ™ or is it just me?

Skye may not be able to hurt the mountain per se, but if she causes an avalance I hope there aren't any people living in the valley below it.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I'd missed the fact that FitzSimmons was working together again; I didn't see that Fitz had the cube in the cab. I did see the sandwich, which had me going huh? Then I rewatched. Yay, FitzSimmons! I'm warming back up to Bobbi. I want to see her turn on Gonzales, because, damn. They keep insisting Skye tried to kill them when it was the other way around. Just how self-deluded are they about being the "real" SHIELD? I'll take Coulson's secrets over Gonzales' bombast any day.

I wonder if they'll reveal that Gonzalez' wife was killed by someone with powers, or if they'll leave it at generic "Not like us! Kill it with fire!"

I kinda hope they leave it as the generic one. There are plenty of prejudiced people in the world who didn't lose a loved one to [object of prejudice], and I think it would be great if the show reflected that. Especially if May's "Cavalry" back-story involved enhanced people--I'd love to have her being all, "Dude, I didn't let it turn me into a bigot, and you need to chill."

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'd love it if Gonzales turned out not to really be the real Gonzales because they keep focusing on what a good man he is.

Someone at the Previously TV forums speculated that Gonzales was actually HYDRA - whoever attacked him did so with an axe, whereas all the HYDRA agents on the carrier would have been ready for the takeover with firearms. And Bobbi was given orders to sink the ship because it was under HYDRA control - with Gonzales as its captain. That would explain why they're spending so much effort to go after the SHIELD remnant that brought down a lot of HYDRA's regional directors rather than taking teh fight to HYDRA itself.
