I took Peggy's look like Steph and sj. She really did have other plans, but she thought it was sweet and intends to say yes the next time, if he asks. (I half expected her to make it entirely explicit that she wasn't blowing him off.)

So, basically Howard was, what, 60? when Tony was born. Not impossible, but it makes me wonder why Howard waited so long to have kids...
