I haven't made it into the thread until today. I'm surprised at the length of some of the discussion. pretty much - Dollhouse is evil. Yes, I would call the sex rape -- however as echo/caroline remembers that might be only a small part of the whole of the evil that has been done to her. If She remembers all the skills and experiences plus how she got that way I can see a female batman-style superhero.
I like the show, but I'm not in love with it. But then buffy was my first show that I fell head over heels with. At this point I have a few questions ( What could happy little caroline college have done to get in so much trouble? Why is Paul obsessed? how Could echo's handler get involved in something he doesn't approve of? ) I'd like answers to , but I don't think they'll keep me up at night.
I actually liked fridays episode because is showed Eliza at her best -- she was two ( and maybe 3 different people if you looked at the rescue of the one guy) and I like capers.
I think I read that at the time that the twins were born...of course it could be a rumor, le n.
Boy, sucks to be a normal person who shares an OB/GYN with Angelina Jolie and is scheduled to deliver on or close to the same date.
I'm sure the OB/GYN gets paid enough not to overlap dates by much.
That was my take, Matt.
but being stuck on Angry Populist does kind of take the fun out of most celeb chitchat.
You know what bugged me the most about the midwife? And I know this is sort of my pet issue and I will probably have someone tell me I'm wrong, but I just don't see a woman who wants natural childbirth up in the mountains like that crying "I want to forget!" I mean, it was bad enough that it was a huge anvil to begin with but it also just totally pulled out of the story.
Yeah, that pinged me, too.
yes, I think that first scene is why that episode is currently my least favorite. I was turned off from the start and I never got turned back on again. The only thing that might have been nifty (the remote-wipe plot twist) was spoiled for me by the promos.
Like ita, I enjoy a good caper, so I liked this episode. Plus, the actress who played Sierra did a really good job playing Taffy.
I am intrigued that DeWitt reports to someone higher.
I am glad that Emily has joined me in generally liking Topher and being interested in him. I feel like we are in the great minority.
"Sweet Home Georgia." Hee. Paul definitely needs to make some progress, but Victor is amusing.
Oh, and Ivy is Yuki from
Dexter
! I knew she looked familiar.
Topher seems clueless. He really seems to have no clue how people act. A clique , but I look forward to him waking up.
