That's not a bad way to go, if you gotta die.

Well, I guess we know what happened at Finow.
Sad to see Dooley go. He definitely grew on me.
I was hoping for sex pollen, but nooooo.
Bwah! That would be a different twist on the battle of Finaw.
Well, I guess we know what happened at Finow.
Rage gas?
I was appalled -- aghast, I say! -- that Dottie could take a (presumed) baby into the movie theater back in the day. And then I remembered that people still do that shit all the time.
I thought it was weird that no one noticed when she left the theater without the "baby".
I thought that older woman noticed, she seemed a little uncomfortable, but then she seemed to shrug it off.
Rage gas?
Well, either the cause of all the people ripped apart was Stark's invention, or Stark studied what happened there and replicated it. Though considering Stark reportedly punched the Allied general involved, I'm thinking it's the former.

That's what I saw as well. Though I would think a handbag would have been less suspicious than a baby carriage.
Also, awhile back someone mentioned Peggy eventually married one of the Howling Commandos. I thought the Peggy recording in CA:WS said that her eventual husband was someone she rescued alongside Cap and the Commandos.
Oh man. I'd grown to like Dooley. That hallucination of him reconciling with his wife was a gut punch.
Speculation: the gas was Stark's attempt at replicating the Super Soldier Forumla. It did grant super-strength (since the reports from Finow speak of people being ripped apart) but also imparted uncontrollable rage.

She said Steve saved the man who became her husband. Which led to a lot of people speculating that it might have been one of the Howling Commandos. But Barb (who I don't think posts here) has a theory that maybe Thompson or Sousa gets gravely injured and the vial of Steve's blood saves him, and that's who she marries. The movie left it really vague and open-ended.
