I am quite concerned about Simmons. She seemed overly bitchy. But Skye actually had something to do and performed pretty competently.
Both characters seemed off. Since when has Skye shown such leadership competence?
Who played the happy former agent who built the model of the city? He looked familiar to me, and not just because he sort of resembled CFerg.

Ha! Was just about to edit my post. Yeah, I knew him from the 4400 and V.
I wasn't sure which show you would know him from. He's one of those actors that has been in a few episodes of a lot of different things.
