Aw, I liked the shiny shiny dress. My taste level is concerning, though. This is known.
Loved May walking through the lasers. And was relieved Talbot wasn't Hydra.

My quibble with the dress was that it didn't seem the same level of fancy as Phil's outfit.
Did you notice that May and May-be Not wore the dress slightly differently?
It seemed to me that May walked like someone who didn't normally wear heels--longer strides, a little stiff. Not-May seemed to walk more comfortably.
Well, she was willing to pay $500 for a pair of flats.

Walking in motorcycle boots and walking in pumps are two very different thing, though. (One of them I can do. The other one I cannot.)
[eta: And, more importantly, fighting in boots vs pumps]
My heeled boots are WAY more comfortable than stilettos. The heels are always stacked, and usually about 3". [link]
(It says the heels are 3 1/2" but I don't think so.
And my other boots have traction and maybe a 1/2" heel? [link]
I KNOW I could fight in the latter pair, and damn sure I could fight in the first pair better than any heels I have, or wedge heels, for that matter.
Ming Na as Not May had the dress a little more wrapped, showing less cleavage, than Ming Na as May did. That could have just been for fighting purposes, but it certainly worked as a character detail.
Sigh. Looked for the Like button again.
Jesus Christ, man, Reed Diamond and Kyle MacLachlan are TERRIFYING together.
