Oh, my, yes.
I am... less convinced that Hartley is dead. Presumed dead, sure, but there was a lot of attention paid to her death and funeral, and didn't I gather that the body went missing? Plus her comment about how good robotics are now. I suspect badness happened, and I'm worried she's been abducted and turned into something like poor Mike Petersen.
Much of the rest felt kind of blah. Needs more humor.

But if she does come back, it'll be a kick in the teeth of "she doesn't deserve to be labeled a terrorist, give her a proper funeral." I'm not sure they'll be willing to mar the image of a funeral with full honors--unless whoever does the desecrating is a real baddie.
