I want it to be that Simmons implanted some kind of neurotransmitter with remote viewing capabilities in Fitz while he was recovering from his bends.
That way, she never left him at all.
I like the idea that she is off on a quest of some sort.
Rewatching this episode made me like it more with each viewing.
Or she's off trying to find - or create - something that will bring him back to his full, brilliant Fitz-ness.
I want a Simmons quest. I like the idea that she left Fitz with something that would stand by him and help him think.
Anybody else go to a Vorkosigan triggered seizure place?
Oh, my, yes.
I am... less convinced that Hartley is dead. Presumed dead, sure, but there was a lot of attention paid to her death and funeral, and didn't I gather that the body went missing? Plus her comment about how good robotics are now. I suspect badness happened, and I'm worried she's been abducted and turned into something like poor Mike Petersen.
Much of the rest felt kind of blah. Needs more humor.
I'm going between "Hey, big casting news! But we kill her right out of the gate! Hah!" and your thoughts, Consuela. But if she does come back, it'll be a kick in the teeth of "she doesn't deserve to be labeled a terrorist, give her a proper funeral." I'm not sure they'll be willing to mar the image of a funeral with full honors--unless whoever does the desecrating is a real baddie.
Kyle Maclachlan is Skye's dad?! Whoa.
I would very much like for them to be reunited over coffee and pie.
A lot going on in that little scene.
I have no idea what you guys are referencing.
