Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

Omnis (and LAistas, who don't mind a little bit of a drive), Can't Stop the Serenity-OC has finally finalized the September 20 date.

Hope to see some of you there!

eta details, duh.:

FYI: I am still awaiting final word on permission to screen a certain Whedon work. We are for sure screening SERENITY (of course!), and we will also screen EITHER that certain work of Joss Whedon’s OR another favorite: Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. Plus there will be prizes, an auction, and merchandise.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I watched an embarrassing amount of season 1 this weekend. It's possible that I'm too excited (!!!)

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I'm really anxious to see what they can do when not chained to mid-season movie releases. (Though I imagine there will be some Age of Ultron build-up at the end of the season.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

This bit with Ward reminds me of Nikita when they had Percy prisoner and needed his help.

I liked the episode. It feels like the stakes are much higher than last season right from the beginning, and I'm very excited about Reed Diamond being a potential big bad for the season.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Fitz, no! Too sad!

Coulson, you can't be this stressed, it's only the first episode. Give yourself until the midseason finale to have a mental breakdown, k?

Skye's bangs are very S1 Buffy.
