With FitzSimmons in the box, when Simmons said "We're going to die in here," I said, "Time for the wild monkey sex." When some of them mentioned monkeys, Hubby said, "Well, there's the wild monkey sex."
Gemma is so going to yell at Fitz for being noble and giving her the air!
In addition to the sassing, Season 2 needs more of May kicking ass. Really.
I don't buy the worry about Fitz. If SHIELD can give Coulson the fake TAHITI memories, surely they can repair a little oxygen-deprivation brain damage.
"Heigh-Ho, Friends! The enemy approaches!"
I loved that perky little noisemaker.
I want to know exactly how Fitz is doing. That last shot
of the team made me sad because he wasn't in it.
You guys covered pretty much everything else I wanted to say.
Which is a good juicy arc for Season 2, what are the results of the drug, how is Skye different, how did Raina hook up with Skye's parent, is Phil going nuts, how do we recreate SHIELD, how do we save Phil?
Lemme 'splain. No, is too much, lemme sum up....
Can we stop white fonting? I'm still tweaking my OS X Chrome setup to make reading highlighting easy, but it conflicts with Windows. If it's not really a spoiler, go for it.
May shooting nails into Ward's foot nearly made me wet my pants.
I hope Deathlok comes back soon. Poor bubbie.
May shooting nails into Ward's foot nearly made me wet my pants.
Oh, I shrieked in glee a little too.
edit: saving the day with Mike's kid was a great callback too.

That whole fight was AWESOME.

Brings the season full circle.
I like that Ward was dissociating itself from Garrett, but not renouncing his had ways. Made sense, was satisfying.
I really wish that had been on the same night as the SPN finale, fuckit. I was excited by SPN, but this was so much more wrappy uppy and punchy (the SPN finale will not be that witty nor have as good "surprise" guests. But statistically will be weepier and punchier. For me, punching, I mean.)
Brings the season full circle.
I also like they said something we knew really well, although I wouldn't have guessed it.
