Why is Kaylee slim and why is the horse so distrustful of Jayne?
Jossverse 1: Emotional Resonance & Rocket Launchers
TV, movies, web media--this thread is the home for any Joss projects that don't already have their own threads, such as Dr. Horrible.
I share the questions except that I know why the horse is so distrustful of Jayne. "If wishes were horses we'd all be eatin steak."
I imagine the answer to all those questions are, "because Disney."
Well, the guy who drew it probably drew on Disney's tendency towards that sort of mucking about with characters.
How about the cartoon firefly mascot? Very Disney.
Agent Carter is moving forward, but not yet greenlit.
All the exposition we've had all season is obsolete, so they've had to cram another season's worth of exposition into this one episode.
Glad Ward's not brainwashed, though.

This is the talkiest goddamn "action" show I've ever seen.
Has it even been renewed for a second season?
Oddly, the confirmation that Bill Paxton, Agent of Hydra, is a bad guy makes me like him more. He's just really good at being cheerfully bad.
It's too bad that Ward isn't one of those good guys who gets interesting when he turns bad. He and Paxton seem to being trying to bore me to the darkside.
I dig evil Paxton, but Ward is indeed just as boring as a bad guy as he was as a fake good guy.
I found evil Ward slightly more interesting. Also very glad he isn't brain-washed. Not liking the hints he could be "redeemed by love" though.
I feel really bad for Coulson though, his entire world has fallen apart, he's lost two good friends (one turned out to be evil, the other was spying on him) his people are doubting him, he's got a double-agent in his midst and the only person with any answers for him has decided to vanish (and he's damn good at doing that.)
