I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sheesh. I suddenly feel very tired after watching that episode. Whole lotta what happening.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

I'm finding it interesting that I can yell "Noooo, Boyd! He's my favourite!" at my TV twice, and have it mean different things each time. That was quite the mindfrak.

Also, so very, very, very glad Tim got rid of / addressed Paul's creepy Caroline obsession.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I actually didn't mind Paul fixating on Caroline if he wasn't going to do anything about her. He wasn't really pining over her, or being all stalky. I think that the good bits between them, their team dynamics, will suffer.

Exactly.

For a second there it was sweet that it turned out he'd been spending a lot of time at home bumping uglies with Dr. Saunders. But inbetween swapping spit, they were planning a takedown, but still being a father figure for Echo.

Ew.

I like that Topher had a crush on Bennett even when he thought he was a guy. Just likes it better this way. Fat lot of good it ended up doing him, but unlike everyone else he got to be in a real/real relationship.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I feel like the personality of the president guy was very similar to Topher. Maybe Topher has an imprint and doesn't know it.

I wondered about that last episode.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Boyd??? I mean, they're giving Lennix something to do, finally, and that's great, but DUDE. How long has this been the plan?

Suddenly the fact that we never got jack-shit about his backstory or where he came from and the fact that Joss said we wouldn't find out until the end of season two at the earliest make a whole lot more sense.

For a second there it was sweet that it turned out he'd been spending a lot of time at home bumping uglies with Dr. Saunders. But inbetween swapping spit, they were planning a takedown, but still being a father figure for Echo.

Ah right, so Saunders wasn't a sleeper agent, just a Boyd agent.

Man, I don't even know what to think anymore. What the fuck.

So Boyd is an ex-cop and co-owner of Rossum? Or just Rossum security?

Does Rossum have a plan to prevent the fall of civilization? Cause, not the best business plan. Or they just in denial, like AGW deniers?
