"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

So, smonster and I are sitting side by side, on our computers, watching the ep, and Boyd comes up and breaks the guy's neck. I then express my undying love for Boyd. 2 minutes later I WAS VERY CONFUSED. I looked over and said "wait . . . was that . . . did he just . . . " ARGH.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whoa. That gets another watch.

Boyd??? I mean, they're giving Lennix something to do, finally, and that's great, but DUDE. How long has this been the plan?

I had to rewind for Fred shooting River too. Poor Topher, and I'm surprised to say those words.

A little too much "Echo, you're so special" and not enough Victor/Tony.

So it looks like Paul lost his connection to Echo but not to Mellie, huh?

I need to rewatch Epitaph 2.

And nice cameo by Eliza's boytoy, there.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sheesh. I suddenly feel very tired after watching that episode. Whole lotta what happening.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

I'm finding it interesting that I can yell "Noooo, Boyd! He's my favourite!" at my TV twice, and have it mean different things each time. That was quite the mindfrak.

Also, so very, very, very glad Tim got rid of / addressed Paul's creepy Caroline obsession.

I actually didn't mind Paul fixating on Caroline if he wasn't going to do anything about her. He wasn't really pining over her, or being all stalky. I think that the good bits between them, their team dynamics, will suffer.

For a second there it was sweet that it turned out he'd been spending a lot of time at home bumping uglies with Dr. Saunders. But inbetween swapping spit, they were planning a takedown, but still being a father figure for Echo.

Ew.

I like that Topher had a crush on Bennett even when he thought he was a guy. Just likes it better this way. Fat lot of good it ended up doing him, but unlike everyone else he got to be in a real/real relationship.
