but it didn't take me out of the show from wondering when Artie got possessed by the spirit of Barry White.
Yeah, he's the only one I can't figure out. Apparently he was in a lower-tier boyband, but I'd like to hear him actually sing like everyone else did in the audition scenes.
Apparently he was in a lower-tier boyband,
okay, I had to look it up. He was in something called NLT, which never released their debut album because most of the songs got leaked. They were going to rework it and release it, but in the intervening time, the band broke up.
And I have to say, aren't you like the opposite of the target audience for this show?
I don't actually know what the target audience is. Surely black republican men aren't the target audience?
hahahaha.
This is Michael Steele's SHIT!
I don't actually know what the target audience is.
People who never ran from the room at the thought of a "Once More With Feeling" singalong? Or is it just people singing in public, rather than on the TV screen?
Wow. I don't even know how to answer that in a way that won't make me sound like an asshole.
Plus, I don't think that "people who never ran from the room at the thought of a 'Once More With Feeling' singalong" is a Nielsen demographic.
Sorry, didn't mean to put you on the spot.
This is Michael Steele's SHIT!
don't you mean his shizzle?
If he had a bit more game, maybe "shizzle" would be appropriate. :-)
I just watched the first two episodes of
Glee
and loved them! I think part of love is seeing teachers portrayed as more than just punch lines. Sure, the stereotypes are still there, but seeing them with their own lives, dreams, and flaws (not to mention their own sense of humor!) was refreshing for me.
