"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Is there a possibility Adelle doesn't know Claire is a Doll?

I don't think so. What reason would there be to keep that a secret from her? Boyd may not know, though.

Oh - you guys are talking about the Doctor being an Active? I kind of assumed she was, from someone's line earlier about there having been an Active better than Echo, or something - I forget what, exactly, but Boyd said "You mean Alpha?" - but it was never confirmed that they did mean Alpha, and her face is all slashed up, like the Actives were...I dunno, it seemed reasonable.

I think that we talked about that earlier, the idea that she wouldn't be useful as a doll because her scars, so they repurposed her as the doctor. But, then we were distracted by something shiny.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Why would she have been repurposed as a doctor before she got her scars though? If alpha had just been wiped for the first time and sent to her to be checked out, that would seem to indicate Claire was already the doc.

If they created her personality, they could have added that detail.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

How aware would Alpha be of the whole wiping? He may recognize her as a Doll because, of course, he would, but it sounded like his examination by Claire really happened to him. The timeline is confusing me.

Our wings are not tired.

Tahmoh is ridiculously pretty. So is the decor in the Dollhouse.

I never did really develop any love for the show, but would continue to watch because of the interesting conversation here. It is a sad commentary that I feel worst about such a great set going to waste if the show is canceled. I agree that I would like to see the talent in a more worthy platform.

Yes, I want to live in the Dollhouse. It's purty. After Ballard takes it down, maybe we can repurpose it into Buffistaville. I'm not sleeping in a pod, though.

I'm not keen on living in a vault deep underground where people's sweat is captured and recycled as drinking water, either.

Right, no still suit for Matt, then.

Well, I'll agree with the deep underground (though underground buildings can actually be light airy sunlit places, but that is because they are not *deep* underground. But as for recyled sweat and urine - that is known as the water cycle here on planet earth. Not to mention that drinking water in a fair number of municipal systems includes recycled (and purified) sewer water.

I'm all about the Dune way of life anyway.
