Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I'm not keen on living in a vault deep underground where people's sweat is captured and recycled as drinking water, either.

Well, I'll agree with the deep underground (though underground buildings can actually be light airy sunlit places, but that is because they are not *deep* underground. But as for recyled sweat and urine - that is known as the water cycle here on planet earth. Not to mention that drinking water in a fair number of municipal systems includes recycled (and purified) sewer water.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I'm all about the Dune way of life anyway.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I much prefer my recycling to be handled by Mother Nature, what with the kazillions of gallons of fresh rainfall that's gone through many steps and has no lingering taste of whiz.

This may be a contradiction in terms in this day and age.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Interview with AT about playing Alpha.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

If alpha had just been wiped for the first time and sent to her to be checked out, that would seem to indicate Claire was already the doc.

Alpha initiated that, though. He was asking questions about her past, probing her. It could have been that he wanted to know about what they'd imprinted her with. Like, did they give her memories of his body, how detailed was the imprint? That sort of thing. It could also be just that he was interested in his history and she was the doc at the time, but it doesn't have to be.

And since he had his inside man, there's no reason Alpha wouldn't know that she was now the doc, even if it happened after his attack.

I think Claire, the imprint, was interpreting "Whiskey" as a request for a drink and Adelle knew it wasn't.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

And since he had his inside man, there's no reason Alpha wouldn't know that she was now the doc, even if it happened after his attack.

Well ... everything we know about "the inside man" is in question, now. The only fact that we can reliably verify is that all the information that came to Ballard about the Dollhouse lead him to where Alpha wanted him. But we know Alpha was able to interfere with dolls remotely. Sure, glitching them is a far cry from running subroutines on them from a distance, but it's not out of the question.

But that being said, the fact that the info all worked in Alpha's favor doesn't negate the possibility of someone else inside acting to inform Ballard for the reasons we'd been lead to assume. We've already seen that there was one mole in the organization, so two's not a stretch.

Lastly, in the "Alpha has a person inside" corner, I think it's impossible to rule out that the insider may well have been Echo all along.

I think that there is definitely another mole. Mole!Echo said that the mole wasn't the person who had sent Ballard the pictures, and I think that we were supposed to think that Alpha sent the pictures.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Just letting you know that Tim is going full on old school Angel-esque Minear tonight.

I felt so nostalgic when I was watching this that I got lost in it, forgot where I was, and then Tim (he was sitting behind me) started talking and I jumped because I forgot he was even there.

And there ends my review.
