I'm fairly sure I watched it with the theatrical subtitles, but mostly because I would've remembered that giant ugly-ass font, and not because I found the dialogue all that memorable.
Buffista Movies 7: Brides for 7 Samurai
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
Oddly enough, I think I got this movie from Netflix today.
And then there's Drunken Master which switches back and forth for no apprent reason.
I have heard that the English subtitles for Y tu Mama Tambien do not reflect the large amount of anti US-ian sentiment in the film. My Spanish wasn't good enough to be able to tell.

Perzactly.
I just reported my 4th lost Netflix disk. That's fewer than 1 a year but it seems they are averaging worse than the USPS in general. Are people stealing them out of the mail?
I'm watching The Proposal while I'm working from home tonight, and it's total cheese and not at all very good, but watching Oscar from The Office strip is worth the price of admission.
I enjoyed The Proposal, but Sandy Bullock and Ryan Reynolds pretty much hit my weak romcom spots.
Yeah, it's hard not to like naked Ryan Reynolds. And I do love them both. Plus! Added Craig T Nelson and dirty Betty White!
Aims said "hard" and "Ryan Reynolds" in the same sentence.
