Doesn't matter that we took him off that boat, Shepherd, it's the place he's going to live from now on.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm asking because we're revamping some stuff, and one of the things that I noticed is that our "In Theaters" section only list stuff that opened that week or the week before, and I think movies are in theaters longer than that, but I don't know a reasonable time frame to give so that it doesn't have to be a manual "Here's a list of titles in this order" list.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

At this point I'm just crossing my fingers that whoever has final say on the casting choice can't be swayed by Channing Tatum offering a blowjob.

When you posted this did you know he was under consideration too, or did you jinx things? ::gives stinkeye::

DJ, I'd expect at least a month, unless it really stinks.

Ok. So my rule of thumb is going to be at least a month for wide releases, limited 2 weeks.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

That's a good rule of thumb, Daisy. Only real stinkers (money-wise) leave much before a month.

I hadn't seen the official announcement as of my post, but I knew it was coming. They've already worked their way through most of young blond Hollywood casting for that role, and he plays a soldier in everything.

The sad thing is he actually looks more the part than the other names mentioned except maybe Evans, and with actual military combat training has the physicality needed. If only those qualities were paired with any acting talent or charisma...

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I saw Shutter Island tonight. A few parts of the book that I felt were key to the story were left out, but overall I liked it.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Tim Burton is going to direct a 3-D stop-motion Addams Family movie. After Alice In Wonderland, I am very conflicted about this. [link]

So, I'm guessing Johnny Depp will be voicing Gomez & HBC Morticia. *sigh*

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I'm a bit conflicted too.

I think I should just read my Charles Addams books to the kids tonight.
