The DVD has a commentary by Boorman which is basically two hours of "I'm not sure why I did that. I'm not sure why I did that either."
One of my favorite commentary tracks of all time. "I...don't know what this scene was about, actually. I don't really remember shooting it..."
The Steven Soderbergh/Mike Nichols commentary on the Catch-22 dvd is awesome like that. I really enjoyed when Nichols talked about casting and also how difficult it was to get the movie to deal with the book's non-linear narration.
I have that at home, but I don't think I've listened to the commentary. Guess I know my plans for tonight.
Oh DJ, you will LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's awesome.
I love the book and the movie, and was rather impressed that they were able to make a movie out of it.
It's just so nice to be able to listen to two of my favorite film makers just sit back and shoot the breeze about it, ya know?
So Bad, It’s Good: King Crab Attack Movie Trailer
Hopefully it'll be funny, as the trailer itself is funny.
It’s no Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, but as far as schlocky movies about super-sized monsters rising from the ocean depths go, King Crab Attack looks like a strong contender.
Even without Lorenzo Lamas and Debbie Gibson co-starring alongside the churlish crustaceans.
This looks goooood--Hubble 3D in IMAX!
While there I watched this [link] which is really, really cool.

That
is
cool. Kinda' makes you think, huh? Of course, it makes
me
think of the organ donor bit from
The Meaning of Life.
