And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

I get tired of Joss' running jokes. But I had a lot of issues with Ultron, especially how it pretty much ignored all the things Tony went through in the Iron Man movies.

That, and they kept ragging on him for going off on his own and not including the team. Yeah, so what the fuck was Thor doing any differently? I don't see it and nobody jumped all over him. Plus! He was the one that actually enabled Vision's creation.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

1. Yeah, but -- Tony also created the murderbot; and

2. This discussion really should be in the Marvel thread. It has Avengers curtains and everything!

(I originally posted this in the Marvel thread. So that was weird.)

You're right. That's going to take some getting used to.

I was totally gobsmacked by Fury Road.

So much more fun than I expected. It felt like a perfect homage to the original...though I have not seen that one in a very long time. Honestly, I think it is better than the original!

Completely, surreally, cracktastic.

PS: Anyone who shares my needle phobia needs to go with someone who will cover your eyes for a couple of scenes. EEeek.

Oh Jon. I think there is one part that could be extremely upsetting to a new mother.
