I don't think she specifically mentioned rehab/addiction, but I recall Stephanie Romanov letting slip at that 2004 Creation Con that CC was a mess on set during her seasons and ended up delaying shooting and such.

In Age of Ultron, does anyone remember Cap talking about the Holocaust? I feel like I remember an awkward moment (not the German scientist joke) but can't think what the actual dialogue was.

It's possible, but I liked that joke and feel like it is something else. Maybe when he was discussing Hydra?
