Hey, did we know that they recast Sheriff Lamb for the Veronica Mars movie? Is it because Michael Muhney is an asshole, I wonder?

Sheriff Lamb gets killed off in the series. Mars, Bars in season 3.
I missed some of S3, and I just started rewatching tonight. I was looking at the cast credits on IMdB and at the cast list for the movie, to see who comes back, and it said Jerry O'Connell is playing Sheriff Don Lamb.
The reason I mentioned it is because I saw something about Muhney getting fired from a soap he's on or something, for sexual harrassment, and I seem to remember him being skeevy with fans or something back when he was on the show. P-C will know.
I thought they said Jerry O'Connell is playing Lamb's brother. I vaguely remember this from a video that was part of the Kickstarter thing.
JOC is playing DAN Lamb. Different vowel.
Why is Piz in the movie? No one likes him. He is yukky.
Oops. Sorry!
Some interesting omissions, as mentioned.
I want someone to explain to me how the Academy decided that The Lone Ranger deserved a nomination for best visual effects, but NOT Pacific Rim.
SERIOUSLY!!!!!
Sorry for that asscaps, but they were deserved.
DO NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THE ASSCAPS ABOUT THIS. I HAVE BEEN RAGEFLAILING AT THE INFAMOUS BLUEJAY ABOUT THIS SINCE THE NEWS BROKE.
I figured Pacific Rim wouldn't get many nominations. But to not even be nominated for Best Effects? WTF.
