You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

1. It's a two word pun and you've got one word.

2. yes that's clover, and what's it in?

3. these are two different ones.

4. the fact that there's a lot of cars is important.

1. The eagle on the left with the green "I"

Think homonym

2. The green clover-looking plants on the right bottom corner

You're on the right track. This movie came out recently.

3. The milk and chocolate one. Which I think everyone else got!

These are two different movies.

4. The row of cars left to the dragon. Which is not "Cars"!

What's a lot of cars all together?

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

These are two different movies.

Hahaha. Oh, DUH.

I still have three left over and the score board says I got 48/50! Weirdness.

eta: OK, got the clover one. Still scratching my head about the other two despite the clues.

eta2: done! Got the eagle. The game let me finish despite the pack that I didn't get the row of the cars clue! Huh.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Criminy! I haven't tried my hand at that seemingly impossible game. Um, anyone mind if I talk about a movie now?

I just saw Highlander. It was...totally eighties. And Christopher Lambert's silly made-up accent was annoying. And the villain was ridiculously over-the-top. And the mythology was poorly explained and didn't make a lot of sense. It was not that great a movie and didn't really stand out among all the other cheesy eighties fantasy movies.

So why the hell is it so popular? With like fifty sequels and a television series and all that? Also, how can there be a sequel after that? THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE. There is one. THE END. I guess more Immortals can arise after someone gets The Prize? Also, until I saw the movie, I thought the Immortals were called Highlanders.

(I will admit, the idea of having swordfights in New York WAS cool and effectively strange.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

So why the hell is it so popular?

The producers of the sequels had no idea either.

You've just described my reaction to Labyrinth.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ah ha ha! I was just introduced to the term Spock-blocked, which describes what happened to Kirk in the movie.

And this was termed Spockkake.

Ha!! I haven't seen that movie in years, but I'm pretty sure I liked it. Labyrinth, Legend, Willow, Krull, those are cheesy eighties fantasy movies I loved. Although I have not seen them since I was in the eighties (or possibly nineties), so I don't know whether I'd have the Highlander reaction to them now.

(Did all cheesy eighties fantasy movies have one-word titles? Damn.)

For the record, I love (and own) Highlander.
