"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I love it when he makes the money in To Live and Die in L.A. Such a good sequence.

That really is an almost singular scene in film history. Showing high competence in action. And Dafoe looking cool while doing it. It's very memorable.

Kind of an odd mix of old blues and Wang Chung, and Rank and File.

The next Captain America movie is named Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Did anyone else just pee a little from excitement? Just me?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I may be hyperventilating just slightly.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

So DH and I have been watching ALL the Batman movies because of some things he's writing for work, and we finally got to Batman Begins today.

First, remember that kid Katie Holmes is protecting on the Narrows at the end? Yeah, me neither, but he's played by Baby Joffrey Baratheon. That kid was adorable before he turned evil.

Anyway, so the premise is that the fear toxin has been in the water supply for weeks, right? And when the water is vaporized, the toxin is inhaled? So in theory, shouldn't anyone who's, say, BOILED WATER in the past several weeks be already insane? Why do they even need the giant microwave laser? Just wait for the citizens of Gotham to make tea, and you're done.
