It's my estimation that... every man ever got a statue made of him, was one kind of sumbitch or another.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The one where they had to have a trial to determine Data's status?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Well sure, but all the people he actually worked with treated him with respect and fondness.

Still, just one more thing Marshall-Green wasn't watching if he never saw any prejudice. It got at least an episode's worth of attention.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Hell, even Star Wars had 2nd class status for robots. "These are not the Droids you are looking for." Has this guy ever watched or read any science fiction?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Not to mention humans seem to have zero problems with memory-wiping Droids that either know something problematic or are behaving in a way they don't like.

Luke's affection for R2 is also seen as odd by the fighter mechanics.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So Red Letter Media (of the awesome Star Wars prequel video rants) did a brief NSFW video on Prometheus. It did make me laugh out loud, but I really want a full treatment by them. Methinks their video might be 3 hours in length for this one movie.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Man, that project just keeps getting more attractive. And it's not like I needed a hard sell beyond Jarmusch + vampire.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.
