A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

ita, I don't think I've actually seen Tatum in anything, but I am completely onboard with your outrage in this instance.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

for ita: [link]

it's an interesting read, but also possibly over-thinking by a fanboy.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It's a small world after all.

that's the nuclear option though.

Thanks, le n. I think.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

On the bright side, it will clear your head of anything that's been running through it previously. Possibly including KGB brainwashing.

Cognitive recalibration? Better than being hit really hard in the head, I guess.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Now I want to see everyone Loki recruited singing this song together. Just for the look of confusion on his face.

I linked to that upthread. But it is an interesting read, and I'd love it to be true. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if it is until Thor 2, at the earliest.

It would have been nice if Joss gave us some further hint in the movie itself, if that was the case. Even a scene of Thor and Loki arriving in Asgard and Loki saying "Home" followed by an evil grin. (Of course, he couldn't be gagged for that to work.)

sorry about that, Kalshane. i missed it.

agreed completely about Joss giving us some kind of hint about his intention, if that was it.

I just passed Taylor Negron on the streets of Silver Lake. He was looking kind of like a homeless person, which I hope for his sake is not actually the case.
