Lorne: Take care of yourself and ah, make sure fluffy is getting enough love. Gunn: Did he have anything? Fred: No. And who's fluffy? Are you fluffy? Gunn: He called me fluffy? Fred: He said make sure…wait. You don't think he was referring to anything of mine that's fluffy, do you? Because that would just be inappropriate.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Die Hard 2 really is inferior, especially watching it right afterward. It feels more like a mindless action movie, nothing really special. Still fun, though.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I just watched Die Hard for the first time in years, and, damn, that is a fantastic goddamn movie.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Dia Hard is one of my favorite movies.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What's the dish on The Artist? I had heard remarkably little about it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's because it's silent.

Except for, you know, the audio track. But at least that's out of the way...

I REALLY liked "The Artist." It's great fun and the two leads are just delights. I think some familiarity with silent film makes it more enjoyable, but I don't think it's required.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Huh. I haven't read any of the Stephanie Plum books but heard vague murmurs of discontent from the fans about having Katherine Heigl play the character in the movie adaptation. Deservedly so 'cause boy, did she ever make some stinkers, especially in the romantic comedy genre.

Anyway, the trailer's out: [link] And you know what? It looks... sort of fun! I know nothing about the books (other than the fact that the lead character is a bounty hunter), but I'd totally go see this movie on the merit of that trailer, Heigl-factor and all. Admittedly, I like romantic comedies, but still. Nice job, trailer-monkeys.
