Wash: You want a slinky dress? I can buy you a slinky dress. Captain, can I have money for a slinky dress? Jayne: I'll chip in. Zoe: I can hurt you.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'll see the movies, because, hey, Daniel Craig, but I gave up on the books.

I'll see the new movie, but the original movie is great and worth checking out. Noomi Rapace gives an incredible performance.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I heard Lisbeth and the rest of the book were worth it, but I just didn't care anymore.

I'm not so sure about that. I forced my way through all three, but I was so angry about it by the end of the third one, when something ACTUALLY HAPPENED, that it was too late. I'm sure they make great movies, though!

Because books.

Jesse validates my decision! Whoot!

I'm still angry to have read all three of those books.

Because books.

But you took one for the team! Or something.

Oh yeah, that's what I meant -- I'm glad my sacrifice was good for something!

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I thought the Swedish versions were good enough(and...graphic, omg!) that I can't imagine why there has to be another one.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I really liked the books. All that endless social criticism and dissection of the inner workings of the Swedish government was interesting to me. But I am all nerdy like that.

A lot of people don't like subtitles, like me.

I would probably like it too--probably squares with my Wirefiend instincts.(David Simon got called "Nonfiction Boy" when he first started on H:LOTS for similar tendencies.) But I usually read at night now and I'm not taking those thoughts to bed with me. If you're scoring at home. Or if you're alone.
