Oh, yeah. If the sparkly vampire movies were made for all the books, I can't imagine all the Hunger Games books not getting made. The only hangup I can see is the violence, and if they can make a lot of stuff happen offscreen (and they're going to HAVE to -- at least the spectacularly horrific shit, like Cato's death -- if they want to keep it PG-13), then they're going to be fine.

Honestly? Whether or not I see them will depend on my mood. Because the trilogy really could have been titled "Everything Is Bad Everywhere And Most People Die Plus DID I MENTION WAR IS BAD." Which doesn't make them bad books, but I don't know if I can handle actually *seeing* them onscreen.

Although Gale sure is pretty, and Rue is entirely adorable. And Foxface is kinda hot.

I thought they announced at the beginning that it would be a trilogy, which I remember thinking was not a great idea, because there were some laggy parts in Catching Fire, at least in terms of a film.
