I started watching it on hulu yesterday...it's funny, but so far not as twisted for true Bourdain-ishness(imo, of course...haven't seen 'em all yet. )Too bad it's not still on...it might have made a perfect spec for me. I may not know a cleaver from a hole in the ground, but dark? I can do that. Faintly literary with a self-destructive tinge?
