I just saw The Invention of Lying, and I really liked it! I don't know why it got such bad reviews. It was funny and clever and sweet. And Jennifer Garner was so adorable I just added 13 Going on 30 to my Netflix queue.

Buffista Movies 7: Brides for 7 Samurai
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
that's a cute movie. Not particularly substantial, but belongs in a double feature with "Never Been Kissed."
Yes, I thought it was cute too.
It is cute. I like Jennifer Garner.
She was so great in that.
And don't forget Mark Ruffalo.
He was cute, too. I think they really sold that one, personally. Because maybe the script wasn't(well, okay, I won't say it wasn't good, but maybe wasn't "all that")
NetFlix tells me 500 Days of Summer is coming tomorrow, so I can continue crushing on JGL. Excellent.
That's certainly the right movie to contribute toward that end.
My sister has been sending me clips of him from Roseanne and Family freaking Ties. She's trying to make me out to be a perv, just because I thought he was cute in 3rd Rock. Still, she's looking out for me, and I appreciate that.
Amy, have you seen this dance video, and this and Morgan and Destiny’s Eleventeenth Date?
