Buffy: How was school today? Dawn: The usual. A big square building filled with boredom and despair. Buffy: Just how I remember it.

'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh, mother goddess, he's back. The moron I put in two extra hours with last night wherein he installed everything wrong, he just came in asking for the location of the settings for his network connections. And he's already spent three hours with two other techs today.

And then he said, "Never mind, I found it, you just have to right click on the .xml file and edit the path. Bye!"

no, no, no . . . morons should not edit settings files on their own . . . I will not spend more time on this idiot!

God knows I don't. And it's now close enough to quittin' time that I don't have to talk to anyone else. (Which does not mean that I didn't turn off my incoming channel fifteen minutes ago to avoid the horror that is that customer. I'm going to blame it on the PMS.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm having trouble resisting bidding on the last purse in your links, JZ.

ION, I am experimenting to see how many margaritas it takes for either my back not hurting anymore or my not caring that my back is still hurting.

All is well that ends in pizza.

More Bush administration legacy:

A federal arbitrator ruled in March that an employer had, for years, "willfully" violated the Fair Labor Standards Act in exploiting workers by failing to pay overtime. The guilty employer: the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. >[Washington Post, 3-31-09]

There are two cop cars here talking to my upstairs neighbors. I don't know why they are here, but I don't like it.

I wouldn't put anything past the idiot teenager upstairs, who you might all remember from the got locked out and kicked in the door incident. TCG and I are now doing a very quiet chant of, "We want a house".
