Well, then, this is a day I'll feel good to be me.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

you know, if I'm going to walk you through something DO WHAT I FUCKING TELL YOU!! I do not want to hear "Oh, I didn't do that, I saw something else so I clicked that" I also do not need you to tell me everything that you are typing.

Oy.

ION, Rutherford, NJ, seems to be becoming a vegan destination. They've got a vegan cupcake shop, and a new pancake house just opened that, in addition to eggy options, also has scrambled tofu and vegan pancakes. I'm kinda scratching my head over this. Rutherford? It's just a fairly boring typical suburb.

Hil, is that northern NJ? My brother's family live in southern NJ and my niece is trying to eat vegan. I'd like to steer her to some good places to check out (she's in the Cherry Hill area).

You know what? Don't apologize because your computer is slow, don't apologize because you keep losing your connection. Apologize because you won't listen to me. Apologize because you can't follow simple directions.

I find this particularly frustrating because my mother is a very intelligent woman. She has a Ph.D., she is incredibly capable of doing so many things. But, she can't do this simple thing.

Yeah, that's north Jersey, right near NYC. I'm pretty sure there are a few places near Cherry Hill, though.

This is so my mom, too. She programed computers that went into space. She can't figure out how to watch a DVD. Or remember that it should go into the DVD player and not the CD player.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

"Oh, I didn't do that, I saw something else so I clicked that"

See, this is why I couldn't do tech support. Because I literally cannot comprehend how, if someone tells you to click the box that says "OK," you would click ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Because I literally cannot comprehend how, if someone tells you to click the box that says "OK," you would click ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.

But what if there's another button that's especially pretty and/or shiny?

Also, that people can't remember the thing that they did thirty seconds ago. Or you say "okay, you see the green button?", they say "yes" Then you say "click on it" "click on what" "the green button" "what green button?"

Now, it didnt' occur to her that she needed to get the damned email addresses, so now she has to close the window. I explained to her that if she closes the window, she has to go through a different series of steps to get back to the evite. I start to go through the steps and she says "can't I just call you back" ARGH!!!!!!

Kathy, some people whose vegan taste I trust say that this place, near Cherry Hill, is really good: [link]
