BTW Shir, I was talking about you at work today. Well, that's new. Ice hurts. I've got both inflammation and muscle tightness now, and ice helps the inflammation but makes the muscles worse, and heat helps the muscles but makes the inflammation worse.

Corset might help if it was just the shoulder, but my ribs also dislocate, so I don't think a corset would be a great idea. Thanks for trying to help, though.
