I'm so glad Sass was found and safe! Frank used to wander off a lot the first year or so I had him. And he wouldn't respond to calls. We used to call him The Great Ignoro.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Peracetic acid sent me off on an entertaining Google. Peracetic acid a pretty powerful disinfectant that kills bacteria and viruses and is used in hospitals and the food industry. One advantage is has is that it degrades to acetic acid and peroxide, so there's no toxic residue. It's fairly nasty at high concentrations because it's corrosive and explodes when heated, but mixing household white vinegar (5% acetic acid) and 3% drugstore peroxide hardly going to yield a high concentration. What's interesting is that one main disinfectant types recommended against anthrax consists of hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and peracetic acid, i.e., hydrogen peroxide mixed with vinegar.
Has anyone heard from Stephanie today? I haven't been able to stop thinking about her and Ellie all day.
That's it, he's fired. He FINALLY finished the database that he's been working on, I get the damned thing and realize that he's left an entire column BLANK. Why? Because he didn't know what to put in it.
I'm making him finish the project and then I'm firing him.
WTF, Vortex? He didn't even think to ask someone?
Umm...yeah I hope so . Question asking should be pretty basic.
A man in Australia suffered scratched buttocks and shredded underpants wrestling with a kangaroo after it smashed through his bedroom window.
Ok, I admit it. Australians are all exactly like the Crocodile Hunter.
Bear in mind that this took place in Canberra, where I grew up. Garran's a pleasant suburb.
If I could ask for some help, Wallybee's been having a lot of trouble with leg cramps at night. Last night she woke up several times. Does anyone have some ideas on how she might prevent/reduce/alleviate them?

Depending on what position she sleeps in, elevating her feet a little when she sleeps and as much as she can during the day may help.

Eat bananas. Potassium helps prevent leg cramps.
