Just green tips. Before today's mani, I had gold tips.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I don't think I've ever seen french in color before. It sounds cute. I'll be paying more attention to people's nails for the next few weeks.
Did you never catch Drusilla's French tips? Black with red tips?
It is harder to find a place that will do the dual colors, and then it is more expensive...otherwise, I'd do that more often.
Black with red tips?
Aww, Spike's colors.
Icing my shoulder again. I honestly have no idea what I did to it to cause this flare-up. Usually, I'm at least aware of what started it.
I bought some schmancy new ice packs that come with sleeves to put them in and straps to hold them in place, so I don't need to try to balance bags of frozen edamame anymore.
Hive mind question. Have any of you ever dealt with a trike? Since there is a nice bike trail pretty close to my apartment, I'm considering one of these: [link] or [link]
I've never used one, omnis, but I've seen some people riding them on the bike trails near here. One thing to make sure of is that there's a good way to get to the trail itself -- for one of my favorite trails, I've not yet found a way to get there that doesn't require stairs.
that is a concern. The head of the trail, near my place, is very ADA accessible. Unfortunately, the "access" to get off the trail right at work is a path cut thru the bamboo that is steep and rocky and would be best on a mountain bike. So no bike riding to work on the trike. But for recreation/exercise, it could be nice. It's just a chunk of change. And trying to fit it in the apartment. Those are the things holding me back right now.
Chunk of change, there's no denying that. But if you'd use it, it would be worth it. And riding is a brilliant form of exercise because you can so easily adjust your speed to maintain heart rate for a reasonable cardio workout at your own level, how you are feeling that day, etc. Also, definitely strengthens the leg muscles, and even on a trike there'd be some working the core, particularly if you can school yourself to be mindful of posture. That blue model, the second one, has more options for compressing it for better storage. Have you got a spot where you could install a hook on your wall to hang it from the front end - if you truncate the handlebars and seat, it might have a relatively compact footprint standing on its ass-end.
