Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Great news, Cindy!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Here is a handy-dandy chart that offers a side-by-side comparison of cold symptoms vs. flu symptoms [link] - maybe it will be of use.

Cindy, yay for your good news.

Fay, your haircut is adorably perfect for you.

IOmememeN, I worked for about an hour and a half today. I accomplished what I had hoped to, in that time. My coming in for a bit convinced wacked-out supervisor that she could go home, leaving nice guy coworker to get on with the evening routine with the residents. And I was able to give a baking soda bath to someone with some skin irritations, who won't sit in the bathtub for just any staff member.

We got a lecture in my lit crit class tonight about the evils of abusing the semi-colon and why it is not nice to use it improperly!! My prof's words were, "You are all making the semi-colon cry."

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

What is even happening?

ION, Becoming Pt. 2? Still allergies-inducing.

Oof. My heart.

[I think I was lost forever when she did the slo-mo run down the hall in the odd blue trench (that might have been in Pt 1).]

My office is having a flu vaccination clinic in a couple of weeks but they aren't expecting the H1N1 vaccine until Dec/Jan.

I have never gotten a flu shot before but this year I have signed up.
