He came over Monday night and Tuesday night to help me while I was sick. I kept thinking it would be the most romantic thing in the world if he caught up my dishes. That's just a sad thought. He doesn't even help when I ask him. Before I went to watch the kids he came over to help. He ran the dishwasher and was going to wash three pots. I came over with the kids A WEEK LATER, and the pots were still sitting there. Ugh. I give up.
But? There's always a but. When this is over, can we have a big 'but' moratorium?

I don't think it is a small thing, vw. I think it's likely a good example of how you are in different places in life and that he is probably too immature for you.
