I have accomplished everything I needed to do today! Which was actually just getting groceries and tutoring. Now I ought to make dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow and do laundry. And if I have time after that, bake cookies.

I had a dream that I had a cooking show and I did a show where you were visiting and I made you lemon spaghetti with shrimp for dinner, then sent you off for your drive to NC the next morning with hot coffee and warm cherry ginger scones.

I made scones -- I found a reciepe that had stuff I had at home. Buttermilk ( which I made the sub for ) and not cream.
Dried cranberry and chocolate chip . Not bad. I prefer fruit.

Buttermilk is a good sub for cream. I found a recipe that uses milk and lemon juice for the same effect.
