I wore boots all day today, because it was snowy and I didn't want to bother with bringing sneakers to change into. I've done it before and been fine, but today it ended up throwing everything out of whack.

Comparatively, the soreness is nothing next to the pain I was having, so ibuprofen will probably zap it. But I got a major low-blood-sugar rush when I got out of the shower. Apparently 4 days of not eating will take a toll on a person. So I'm sucking down fruit juice and eating a banana. Man, that was weird.
