Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm going to be singing this song all day.

Feminists don't have a sense of humor...

Oh, I'm gonna be playing that on a loop all day. Thanks for the link.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aw. A woman I met at the AMWA regional conference called to congratulate me on my promotion since she saw it on LinkedIn. Oh, brave new world that has such people in it.

Skippy skippy. ~ma to all who are in need and hugs to the rest.

My mom was in town to check out my belly. We had a great time and I totally bawled when I dropped her at the airport on Monday. Damned PG hormones (though I do miss my mom and wish we lived closer).

We put the crib together and it is friggin' adorable! Don't believe me? Check it out! Front: [link] Inside: [link]

Also, me at almost 27 weeks: [link] YIKES!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Trust my rage

Okay, I get why you feel huge, but girl, you are not huge! (just wait!)

The crib is totally adorable.

eta: Have you and DW discussed names? Do you feel like sharing?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Darling crib, what a show-piece! Can't wait to see a pic of the little guy tucked in there. And GlamBump is perfect, too!

Thanks for all of your sweet comments. I can't believe I'm going to get bigger - I feel totally huge already.

In terms of the name, we're going with Shane. My last name will be his middle name and DW's last name will be his last name. We were going to hyphenate, but our names are kind of long, so we're going this route instead.

I still can't quite believe a baby is coming...

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Cute crib! Cute bump!
