You neglect the cats so woefully that I thought it would be a good way to spend a little quality time with them. Also, they are starving because they have never been fed. They're not even really sure what food is, they just know they'd like to try some.

I get so obsessed with this stuff - I've already created a file of reference images, watched a youtube makeup tutorial, am buying a wig... and all I want to do is leave work and go scour my local vintage store for the clothes.

And brenda, I kinda see what you mean. I think it's that we bought without trying on, and the dress runs a bit small. The cut looked good on me, the waist was just too small, hence my interest in getting a size up.

I adore my Trixie dress...that was given to me by juliana when she just couldn't get it to set quite right on her body. So, yeah, it doesn't work on everybody. It's a mystery dress.

We were talking about that yesterday - it's an odd cut, b/c it makes everyone look busty, but they also cut the torso super-long. So for me, the Short-Torso'd Freak, the waistline was almost under my hips.

Speaking of Here, Have A Thing, I have a pair of black leather pants that were given to me by meara and that I am now too small for. They are very nice leather - Kenneth Cole - and they say they are a size 10, but they lie. They're more like a 14, and a big-bootied 14 at that. At least, a decently-sized booty. (My booty is rather flat.)

I think my body is trying to revert to its natural 2-10 sleep cycle. Stupid body.
