Mal: Zoe, why do I have a wife? Jayne: You got a wife? All I got is that dumbass stick sounds like its raining. How come you got a wife?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

“Not dead yet!”

My own bit of x-posting, I've uploaded pictures of Abby's artwork, the little budding manga/fantasy/comics artist.

There are fairies...

And cats (cats and more cats)...

And a comics storyboard. I think.

She gets it from my mom and MiL, I think. Certainly not me. I can only draw stick figures. Badly.

Cool, I think the cats page is especially good.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Those are faboo, Barb.

Burrell, what color is yours?

It's navy. Are you interested?

And brenda, I kinda see what you mean. I think it's that we bought without trying on, and the dress runs a bit small. The cut looked good on me, the waist was just too small, hence my interest in getting a size up.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Spanish PM's daughters are goths: [link]

Before they posed for a picture with the Obamas, the people of Spain had never seen any pictures of the prime minister's daughters before.

Barb made me realize I have kid artwork I can share too. Maybe not up to Abby standards, but cute.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I adore my Trixie dress...that was given to me by juliana when she just couldn't get it to set quite right on her body. So, yeah, it doesn't work on everybody. It's a mystery dress.

We were talking about that yesterday - it's an odd cut, b/c it makes everyone look busty, but they also cut the torso super-long. So for me, the Short-Torso'd Freak, the waistline was almost under my hips.

Speaking of Here, Have A Thing, I have a pair of black leather pants that were given to me by meara and that I am now too small for. They are very nice leather - Kenneth Cole - and they say they are a size 10, but they lie. They're more like a 14, and a big-bootied 14 at that. At least, a decently-sized booty. (My booty is rather flat.)

I think my body is trying to revert to its natural 2-10 sleep cycle. Stupid body.

Sorry, Debet. Become a bartender or a theater person! Those are our hours!!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The clothing posts are reminding me I should cull my closets again soon.

The plumber isn't coming today, so I'm glad I decided to nap rather than clean.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Oh, a nap sounds lovely!! I could use a nice long one right now--too bad I'm stuck here for another four hours.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Burrell, I would be interested.

Juliana, I'm doing some theatre at the moment. Costumes for Romeo & Juliet. My real problem is that my classes aren't until 2, so there's nothing to get me up in the morning, except that my BF is on a 10:30-6:30 sleep schedule.
