Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

It's morning. Don't want it to be morning yet. But I'm going to the rheumatologist today, so even if he can't give me anything to make my ankle stop hurting, I will at least finally have an actual medical opinion of what's going on.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I could do with an awesome day.

Happy birthday, Nora!

~ma for the Girl's family, Seska.

I was 13 and had moved to NC one week earlier. My response was something like, "Oh, great, one more reason my life sucks."

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy Birthday Nora!!

Always Anti-fascist!

wrod. Well, to everything but the period story. Anyone know how much Planned Parenthood docs really make? Like, do you know one? Because all this anti-choice sneering about "the profit motive"(which I thought gave Those People wood anyway) seems inappropriate, but I don't know any doctors. But it's not like it's a job with upsell potential or a Frequent Flyer program or anything. Seems to me, if I was a gyn looking for a sleazy buck, I'd go into the vaginal "rejuvination" business before I'd face protesters and all that.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

In my experience, I've not ever had an M.D. treat me at a PP. It has been all NP's and PA's.

Our wings are not tired.

Hil, I hope the rheumatologist has some solutions.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh Seska, I totally understand. That's life, and when you collect several of them into a message boards, there will be times of good and bad combined.

Shir, you sound so much like Nilly there I just grinned when I read it.

Seska, I'm so sorry your de-facto FiL is going through this, it has got to be scary as hell. Lots and lots of ~ma!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NORA!!!!

Erika, when I worked at PP (I was a temp they called in pretty regularly) I think all or most of our physicians were volunteers. The schedule rotated heavily and it seemed like most of them were there a few times a month.

And I'll knock wood for the doctor's visit today, Hil. Now that your Mom has been sprung maybe we can find out what the hell is wrong with you.

Always Anti-fascist!

Well, Aims, that definitely does not sound like a "cha-Ching!" type of situation to me. I mean, they don't need a telethon, but... ETA: Thanks, Trudy.

Now tagless for your comfort.
