Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
A safe distance away.
Thanks.
I have insomnia tonight, which wouldn't be that bad because I have actually slept too much this week, but I am exhausted. Pain is overriding the need to sleep.
Matilda is so cute!
Man, if you were in SF I could line up like eight people who would be happy to have Emeline for company.
And we'd wash her too before we gave her back to you.
Well you'd have to what with her potty training going to hell...
I should be getting to sleep. Instead, I'm clicking around YouTube, watching rap videos from the early eighties.
I always think potty training must be weird for kids. It's interesting to me that they'd do it differently different places.
When I was being scrubbed half to death at the Russian Turkish baths (with either Kristin and Cass or Elena and Jess, can't remember) I felt for a minute like I was a baby. Very odd.
Waiting for laundry to finish in the dryer. Not only are my sheets in there, but the buzzer is really loud. If I dig out different sheets and go to bed, I'll still be woken up by the buzzer, so might as well wait it out.
With both my kids, I felt like daycare did the hard work of potty training them and all I did was not get in their way.
My days are filled with Shit I Don't Wanna Do.
It's not fair. I only now finished with my freshman year. I only now understand how much it took from me, and honestly? I just wanna hide under the radar for a week, having ice cream, books and guilty pleasure TV.
It's also possible that I'm PMSing, and I didn't have a good night sleep in 3 and a half weeks, IIRC.
I'm just so tired. And some extra right wing dude started following me on Twitter, and now I feel polluted.
Hopefully I'll be able to rest this weekend. Yesterday just didn't want to die. I just can't relax yet, and I really need to.

Well, I'm off to Greece today. I've set up a travel blog under my non-fannish name (Heather) here: [link] . Yes, I looked into connectivity issues while planning for the trip I've wanted since I was 11.
