Ok, i need an hour of real estate~ma. Wrote my first ever offer on a really really sweet and awesomely amazing (offered at about 30k less than they could be getting) house yesterday....the seller and seller agent are meeting in the next hour to go over the three offers made yesterday (including mine.) According to the seller agent, the sellers are looking at people more than offers, so i wrote them a long letter detailing home search and why i'm the most awesomest buyer ever (not in those terms) and should have an answer in the next hour. {fingers crossed}

Sadly no. We are also discouraged from kicking them in the face but I'm pretty sure that's just a guideline if they are standing in front of you being painfully stupid.
