Oh, YUM. That sounds excellent.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hil, what did you do in a past lifetime to warrant such asshats for office mates??
As for laptop & long typing, can you buy a keyboard and USB into the laptop? It's what I do at my work desk. I hate using the laptop keyboard. No number pad, palms get warm. Blargh.
one of them says that the reason that New Orleans still has a lot of sections that haven't been rebuilt is that FEMA gave gift cards to each of the survivors to use on rebuilding, and a lot of them spent them on alcohol and pornography instead.

And speaking of completely other things, here's a terrific tribute to the late lamented plus-size magazine Mode! Someone has put scans of issues online. I wish someone would bring this magazine back--it was really terrific.
Man, I *loved* Mode. It was a kickass magazine. I'm going to have to check out the scans.

Yes! Just like that. Thanks!
I have an icurve and like it.
I *was* obsessively updating LJ, though, with such exciting tales as "I Have A Cold" and "I STILL Have A Cold" and "Ben & Jerry's Tour, Woo-Hoo!"
I was reading it! Also, mention of apple cider doughnuts reminds me that there's an orchard at the very tip-top of the next mountain over from me that makes their own cider and doughnuts. Yum. I should go back there soon.
