Brithday Happies Erin and Bobby!
Congratulations on the new role, Kristin!
I too am of the "I am too far behind to comment" ilk. Sometimes I read quietly and other times I jump in.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Lord have mercy, I am seriously the walking dead today. Had to get up at 4:45 in order to get Mom to the bus and then, because of a stupid cock-up on the bus company's part (they didn't have her on the passenger manifest) they nearly left without her. They had stopped at a different place up the road with a 24/7 Mickey D's to get breakfast, rather than the Travel America they're scheduled for. Lucky for everyone involved, I saw the bus cruise by on their way to the highway while she was on the phone with the company asking where in the hell the goddamned bus was.
So they turned around and got her.
Haven't been able to get back to sleep. Maybe I'll be able to nap this afternoon.
But at least I'm not in prison.

Woo! Post without looming a few times just for the fun of it.
And your Mom's on a bus!
party time, Barbs mom is on da BUS!!!!
Me? Yes, just getting out of bed. And yes. There is gronk.
I'm watching Bear Cub on Logo on Demand. It's in Spanish and they're fuzzing out the expletives in the subtitles.
How dare those fuzzy fuzzes!
I couldn't figure out what was going on at first.
It's weird how often I catch translation problems considering I barely know any Spanish. They're talking about what a good cook the kid is, he made tortilla for dinner and they translated it as scrambled eggs. Anybody can make scrambled eggs. Tortilla is hard!
A Spanish tortilla is actually more akin to an omelet than what we think of as tortillas.
ETA: tortilla espanola
Yes, tortilla espanola. I would have tranlated it as frittata, I think.
