"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

So I have suspected H1N1. This is very not good. Don't think I've felt this bad in many years (and I have a chronic pain condition).

I love the NHS. The Girl is going to get me Tamiflu from an H1N1 advice point at the hospital. It will be free.

I also love The Girl.

Swine flu, I love somewhat less.

I have been idiotically happy for almost three weeks now. I'm half expecting to get hit by a bus, or shot, or taken out by a meteor or something ANY MOMENT NOW.

Heh. This is how I feel when I'm happier than I expect to be. Really good to hear of someone so happy!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Sean! It's so good to see you happy! Stop worrying and enjoy yourself.

My cousin was a stunningly beautiful bride and her and her husband were crying happy tears throughout the ceremony. It was a very fun wedding.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

So I had an interesting night at the theatre.

Sean, I hope your happiness lasts and lasts.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

P-C, remind me: is your family Gujarati? We had a guy from Gujarat visit today, with some of Wallybee's interpreter friends. (His parents are trying to get him married off too.)

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I managed to actually do a few things today. Food shop. Found a new diner (thank you DJ!). Explored a bit more of the Dallas area via car. Found a park that has disc golf. Purchased a few said discs. Played 4 holes before quitting due to darkness. Between the food shopping (up n down every aisle) and nearly half mile of golf walking, my legs are very tired. But, I had fun! Doing laundry now, as I head to bed. Shocking, I know, but the clothes will stay in the dryer while I sleep. Ohhh the humanity. They might get wrinkles.

Sean, I'm a bit envious, I confess. But, I am VERY happy for you! You totally deserve it. And, god forbid, you get hit by a bus, at least you died with a smile in your heart.

P-C, very cool theater experience. That is great!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Seska, I hope that Tamiflu helps.

Apparently some Whole Foods stores now have signs up at each register apologizing to anyone who was offended by the article and stating that it was John Mackey's personal opinion and not the official position of Whole Foods.

“Not dead yet!”

Oh Seska... hugs and here's hoping you feel better very soon. So glad you have the Girl to take care of you.

Somehow, I suspect that sign isn't up at the WF in Jacksonville. Shame, too, since I actually really liked it and they had my good cheeses. Well, the new Fresh Market should be done in a couple of months and it's going to be larger than the current one.

Stupid people messing with my food.
